Information collected
If you contact FloxoLab, I collect the information you choose to send through the current form: your name, email address, selected goal, optional website, and message.
The contact form sends your request to a small same-origin backend hosted with the website. The backend validates the fields, applies basic abuse controls, and sends the request to the FloxoLab Zoho mailbox over SMTP. Contact requests are not routed through n8n or Contabo and are not written to a website database.
Website analytics and cookies
FloxoLab does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral profiling tools. The site uses Umami Cloud and Ahrefs Web Analytics to collect aggregate page views and basic traffic information such as referrers, browser and device categories, and country. Neither tracking code uses cookies, and the analytics data is anonymized rather than used to identify visitors across websites.
Hostinger and the website server may process limited technical information, such as an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser headers, and security events. This information is used to deliver the website, apply server-side rate limits, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and maintain security. FloxoLab does not currently rely on a Cloudflare browser challenge or Cloudflare Web Analytics for these functions.
The ROI calculator can save its current values in your browser's local storage so they remain available on the same device. Those saved calculator values stay in your browser and are not submitted to FloxoLab unless you separately choose to send information through a contact flow.
n8n workflow checker processing
If you use the n8n workflow checker, the workflow JSON is analyzed locally in your browser. The checker does not upload the workflow to FloxoLab, send it to an AI model, or call services referenced inside the workflow.
Do not open an instance backup or a workflow that you know contains live secrets on a device you do not trust. The optional share-safe download removes credential references, webhook identifiers, pinned and static data, node names, known token formats, addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, and absolute URLs, but automated redaction cannot guarantee that every private value has been recognized. Review the sanitized copy before sharing it. Rotate a real secret if it was exposed outside a trusted environment.
MentionProof checks and saved receipts
If you use MentionProof, the publication URL, expected destination, selected requirements, and optional brand or anchor text are sent to the FloxoLab backend. The backend fetches the submitted public pages to perform the check and may request the publication domain's Domain Rating from Ahrefs. A normal check is not written to the receipt database.
If you explicitly choose Save & share, MentionProof performs one fresh check and stores the submitted check settings, extracted findings, and later immutable recheck revisions. It does not store the full publisher HTML. The default receipt lifetime is 90 days. Anyone with the hard-to-guess view link can read the receipt; a separate management key kept in the saving browser authorizes rechecks and deletion.
Deleting a receipt removes its active database record and revisions. Hosting-provider backups may retain an earlier copy until the provider's backup retention period ends, and those backup copies cannot necessarily be deleted individually.
How the information is used
I use submitted information to reply to your request, estimate work, prepare a proposal, provide requested services, and keep basic records of project conversations. Technical records are used only for website delivery, diagnostics, reliability, and security.
Automation tools
FloxoLab may use automation tools such as n8n for internal or client-approved workflows. The public contact form does not use n8n: it sends the validated request directly from the Hostinger backend to the FloxoLab Zoho mailbox.
Sharing
I do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be processed by service providers such as Hostinger, Umami, Zoho, and Ahrefs (for site analytics and for an optional MentionProof Domain Rating lookup), only when needed to run the website, deliver messages, perform a requested check, process your request, or comply with legal obligations.
Data retention
I keep request details only as long as needed for communication, project history, support, or basic business records. Saved MentionProof receipts expire after the lifetime shown in the receipt, and expired records are removed during application cleanup. Technical logs and provider backups are retained according to operational, security, and service-provider retention settings. You can ask me to delete your submitted information if there is no active project or legal reason to keep it.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the contact form or save a MentionProof receipt. You can also contact me to ask what information I have about you, request a correction, or request deletion.
